The Somers Land Trust has adopted a number of official policies and practices as outlined in the documents listed below. These documents have been approved by the Somers Land Trust Board of Directors and should be understood by all who participate in any Somers Land Trust programs or volunteer events.
Photography Policy: The Somers Land Trust has adopted a photography policy to ensure the proper handling of photographic material with regards to copyright and privacy. Those who capture photographs or video during an official Somers Land Trust must follow the photography policy as outlined in the following document:

Safety Practices: Safety is our highest priority at all Somers Land Trust events. During some activities, such as volunteer days at Angle Fly Preserve, tools may be used which require proper operation, safety equipment, and/or training. All volunteers must adhere to the Safety Practices outlined in the following document:
