Scout Projects at Angle Fly Preserve

The young women and men of Somers area scout groups have long contributed to the development and restoration of the 654 acres of Angle Fly Preserve. While improving trailside amenities, replacing invasive plants with natives, or researching Angle Fly's historical and natural history, these scouts have also gained valuable skills in project planning and execution, together with valuable knowledge of natural systems and their role in improving our climate resiliency.
